With more and more of us working out in the safety of our own homes, we don’t all have the same equipment that you’d find in a gym. But that’s okay incorporating bodyweight exercises into your routine will still do wonders for preventing common running injuries and building strength.
Here are some of the best bodyweight exercises you can do to strengthen your stride and maintain better posture through each run. These bodyweight moves will help you target your legs, core, and even your upper body.
How to use this list: Try incorporating five or more of the exercises below into your workout at least three times a week. Do 10 to 15 reps of each exercise for 3 or more sets.
